- Before we can ship your order, We have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items.
- Standard shipping delivery time within India is 7-9 Days excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Express shipping delivery time within India within India is 2-3 Days excluding Sundays and public holidays
- International shipping delivery time is 10-12 days after placing the order excluding Sundays and public holidays
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
- We understand that our customer satisfaction is of prime importance, which is why we try to give you the best shipping rates. Shipping cost varies depending on the country, weight, and volume.
- There might be extra customs duty which you may have to pay at the time of receiving the parcel depending upon the Customs rules and regulations of your country, which is out of our control & we are not liable for any customs duty or any other charges.
At TPC Gifts, we have strict quality check protocols and for you to receive a defected or wrong product is very very rare. But incase if you do, you can follow the below guidelines.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must make a video of you unboxing the product when you first receive it. The video will act as proof that there was no tampering done with the product from the customers' side.
Warning: Fake unboxing videos will be dismissed as false information and your return request wont be entertained.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and send the video. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cases of Return
Your product be the return/refund category only if they fall in the below categories:-
1. Wrongly placed charms, name tags or any other item: If a charm or name tag is wrongly placed by us, you are eligible for a exchange product. You can return the product to us and we will only exchange it and send you the correct product. Note: Refunds wont be provided in this scenario.
2. Defect in Product: If you have received a defected product, you must follow the above guidelines by removing an untampered unboxing video and send it to us. Once we receive the video and we come to a conclusion that the product is defected, you are eligible for a refund or return/exchange of the product.

You have only 7 days to claim a refund or return on the product, any requests after the 7 day mark wont be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
